We Have Insfrastructure

Aerobu® is highly equipped and resourceful. We have constructed a brand new factory spanning almost 3 hectares in Jepara, Central Java. Additionally, we have made significant investments in the latest equipment specifically designed for the production of customised outdoor cushions and furniture covers.

We are fully integrated

Aerobu prides itself on not relying on external sources for materials. We have established our own in-house manufacturing capabilities for foam and polyester fiber. This approach eliminates supply chain issues and grants us the flexibility to offer endless possibilities for customization. Our commitment is to make the process easier for our customers

Aerobu is proud to present an exciting and high-quality fabric selection. Through our partnership with Urucel, we have secured one of the largest quotas of European Solution Dyed fabrics from Indonesia’s Department of Industry. This grants us an incredible range of options to offer our customers.

We have dedicated representatives in each region to ensure efficient service. Our Aerobu custom cushion facilities are located in Jepara, Indonesia, where we have the capacity to produce up to 30,000 cushions per month.
